Faith No More and Eastenders
The mainstream media have now picked up on Faith No More’s covering of the Eastenders theme with the Press Association, the UK’s leading news agency, running a wire story entitled “Rockers pay tribute to Eastenders” today. Read the full story here. The band first performed the cover at their concert in Athens on Monday 10 August.

Faith No More at Spirit of Burgas video, set list and more
Still struggling to find some good reviews I can easily understand via Google Translate but what I have heard has been positive, a few references to overall festival technical problems apart, and some mention the band playing a snippet of Bulgarian chagla music. Actually, here’s some video of that.
Videos
FNM apparently played Let’s Lynch the Landlord – the Dead Kennedys cover – but I have not found it among the huge collection of Burgas videos online. Here’s some other highlights:

Faith No More, Eastenders and funny ouzo
Check out the latest ingredient in an FNM show – a quiz on TV theme tunes.

The start may not be so clear as the tune is not actually played in this clip but its the theme tune from Eastenders, a British soap opera which airs on BBC. Bill Gould is a self-confessed fan of the show.
UPDATE. You actually get the Eastenders theme at 3.00 minutes during Midlife Crisis in this clip.
