Read somewhere that there’s going to be a choir for Just a Man….
It would make sense for them to have a choir….once in a lifetime gig, right?
Well, it’s-a lookin’ like my Saturday evening plan of watching FNM in my underwear whilst dining on JD and Tangfastics may have to wait until the next reunion. Hopefully it’ll come through at some point later on for the rest of y’all.
No show for us, f*ck
anything yet guys??
Is anybody hearing that the show has started…
Yeah show has started, sounds like they are up to Gentle Art
Yes, it has started:

a block named Andrés Guineo- just posted on The Holly Filament face book under the web stream link ( FB Translated): “It will not work because it was never intended to convey to the bands. Throughout the afternoon were limited to conversing with the audience and with luck that another interview with a local band. Anyway I am sure that just ends the show we have videos and impressions. In addition, another week the completito show in HD.” -
I did saw some occasional interviews but the connection was so weak they were like sporadic pictures during the afternoon
Sooooo….should I stop hitting the reload button?
Ah shit… No show for us I’m afraid, will just have to be up for the videos on YouTube.
3d-alex: Yes.
Stop reloading/refreshing the page, everyone! [mwahaha]

Hey Natalie from newfaithnomore.com I don’t know why they won’t allow my comments but it goes something like this: I seriously doubt they will broadcast the show. Maquinaria’s very hermetic as to streaming live-footage goes. They have released just a couple of [PRO] videos from last year’s festival. Moreover, during the afternoon they limited to transmit just backstage impressions from the audience and a few interviews with local bands. But I’m certain that we will have the show by the next week.

Thanks for the updates everyone…ah well….
Nice pic 3-d alex….looks like they convinced Trey to ditch the black robes and join the White Clothes Brigade….
Struwwelpeter-Funny…that’s exactly what I did when they streamed the download show a couple years back for one of their first shows.
It seems they ended the gig w/ Absolute Zero…

Sooooo….if they played Absolute Zero, then I think it would be safe to assume that that was the “B-side” Patton was talking about…..which would then mean…that the mystery song…is a new….fucking…song !!!

(what the heck does “flaite” mean?)
lolz, you can delete mine, admin
The set list is ok . I was there
@Firsa we call flaite to people who pretend to be some kind of ganster, but in an awful way
http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flaite
Does anyone know if Trey played the encore as well?
@thePetro He plays absolute zero
when is this show available to view? i had to work
and how was the unknown song?!??!!?
I have just come from the show!! Trey and Jon played this songs together:
Take This Bottle
King for a Day
What a Day
The Last to Know
Just a Man
Absolute Zero
“Sooooo….if they played Absolute Zero, then I think it would be safe to assume that that was the “B-side” Patton was talking about…..which would then mean…that the mystery song…is a new….fucking…song !!!”
Fingers crossed, that’s what I’m hoping too!
And that’s awesome they played “Absolute Zero” live, I can now die a happy man (okay, unless they ever play “The Cowboy Song” live, then I could REALLY die a happy man).
The Gentle Art Of Making Enemies: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLDg6FMpWOI
@Chris T: Don’t die happy before they play Smaller And Smaller, too. You’d regret yourself.
Looks like Jon played the encore:

Looks like Jon came out to play “Caffeine” for the encore (I assume he played the mystery song and “Ashes to Ashes” as well):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HM0kMXQVlM
…and then Trey came back out to close the show with “Absolute Zero” along with Jon. BE WARNED: once the song kicks in (1:20), the audio is distorted and awful, but beforehand Patton introduces Trey and you get to see Trey and Jon on stage together which is awesome:

I’ve been chomping at the bit for more information on that ‘mystery song’ and what lies ahead for FNM after November 14th…
Jon and Trey played on Absolute Zero

Jon also joined in on Just A Man

Glad to see that he is still very much the band’s guitarist…I like his playing on the “Mysterious Song”.
Also glad to see they took one of my suggestions and added a full choir for Just A Man!
Absolute Zero: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-tyGvHDUBg
The greatest band ever. No question.
After watching them on youtube deliver ‘Just a Man’ with the choir… I have no idea how that can ever be topped. Emphatically divine!!
Question: Were live horns used on Star AD?
@Rob Yes. A small ensemble was featured during Star AD.
Minchia!!
Again, this just reiterates my earlier comment. How can that show be topped!?
@Vivliotecas Muchas gracias!
I don’t think they’ll ever play “The cowboy song”, Billy seems to really dislike that one
It’s better this way… But I really regret to have heard only twice “Zombie Eaters” in live during the Second Coming Tour (Moscow July 1st, 2010 & Chile December 5th, 2010). Anyway, Jon and Trey playing together… sounds awfully good!!! Wish I was there
A small contribution to you.
regards.
