Boring set? What did u expect? I’m not trying to be a dick I’m just really curious cause I think the set is amazing. On another note I can’t help to feel a little depressed.

Shutdafucup Integra woooooooooot FNM never boring
That tour was really something special. Great set list and what a way to end it…hopefully, just for now
Any word on any kind of official releases from the tour? The Warfield maybe?
I can’t say “boring setlist” with such great songs being played. I think what ppl are meaning with “boring setlist” and similar comments is, they (and me too) expected some more “once in a lifetime” songs — something more directed for hardcore fans (and there are tons of those in Chile!). Maybe they haven’t had enough time to rehearse even more songs?
Anyway must’ve been a hell of a performance as usual, and Chile deserves the treat for such collective devotion to FNM.
I really hope an official DVD/blu-ray for “the second coming tour” comes out. I am definitely buying one if this happens.
Fuck me this is all so sad. This whole reunion thing has been a bit of a bitter sweet journey for me personally.
I chanced upon it by accident in August 09 a couple of days before they were due to play a festival 40 minutes down the road from me!!!! but tickets had already sold out and my partner and I were going away that weekend anyway. I was so fucking depressed that weekend.
But there was light….my partner and I would be in the states in 2010 for a wedding in the pacific northwest and we had already planned a journey down the coast, via Eureka and spending the final week in SF. ALl my digits were crossed that maybe, just maybe they’d play SF while we were there. I know, fucking long shot…then they released dates for April:( had we not already had a trip to the US booked I may have been able to go.
Still, it was great to visit Patton’s birth town Eureka and FNM’s playground that is the wonderfully quirky and unique San Francisco.
SO the last show has happened, I never did get to see FNM this time around…I am very, vey sad. This whole thing has taken me right back to being in my mid teens, you know, back in the day before the chains of adulthood took hold.
I got into FNM in the first place because, at age 16 I fell head over heels in lust for the this gorgous guy throwing him self around the stage at Wembley Stadium on a balmy day in June 1992…the front man of the support act for Guns N Roses…Faith No More…and the gorgeous man, I made it my buisness to find out, was called Mike Patton. He was my introduction to this truly unique and fantastic band.
I cannot express how much joy this site and all the contributors to it have given me over the past 15 months or so. SO, I didnt get to see FNM before the final curtain, but thanks to some fantastic fans here uploading their videos, posting their comments, writing their articles I have had an excellent, emotional journey…THANK YOU FNM 2.0!! and I thank you…..Faith No More. There will never be a band quite like you again.
Is there a clip of Zombie Eaters?
Lastoknow, your comment made me so sad.
I actually feel bad that you could not see them this time around. As for everyone else who mentioned being depressed, I feel exactly the same way, and it fucking sucks
These guys broke up when I was in high school. They were the one band I was sure I would never be able to see live. However this ends I just want to say thank you to FNM, admin, and all the other members of the forum. This has been a very surreal experience and I am grateful not only to have seen the band several times but to have had such a great time via this site in the process. This tour far surpassed my expectations which were extremely high. Thanks again guys. See you on the other side…
Little did I know that playing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas in 2004, I’d be introduced to my favorite band.
What a great tour it’s been, with a great blog to keep us up to date. I can’t help but feel it’s not the end, though. Time will tell.
So sad… I could say so much more, but I can’t
I love reading your stories, though.
I seriously can’t watch the Kiss n Say Goodbye without feeling like crying. I know I sound like a little girl but it’s the truth. I will seriously never forget those 2 nights in Brooklyn. Best nights of my life. Thanks FNM and thank you admin for this incredible last year n a half. Hopefully there will be more..
saw the MEXICO DF show and both Hollywood shows last week.
insane.
i did get tears in my eye the last night.
only song they didn’t play i’d have loved to have heard was “AS THE WORM TURNS” which they played in other stops.
oh well.
i did get to get a picture w/ mike as he was standing next to me watching the opening band night 2.
i should have asked him to play the song but i chickened out and was just happy to get the pic.
i’ve been into these guys since the real thing days and i finally got to see them.
had to travel my ass off but it was worth it!
to anyone that didn’t get to see them, i’m truly sorry.
hopefully they’ll do another gig where everyone can go or something.
at least a freaking official live release would be nice.
but there were so many moments that were unique at all three shows i saw that it’d be impossible to capture all those unique moments on one release.
can we start a campaign to release the entire 2.0 tour live?
I am very grateful that I have seen them live 2 times on the reunion tour and I really hope that this is not the last we hear from them.
What a ride…longtime fan since the Real Thing was just released. I had Brooklyn on July 5th. Is this really it. Something tells me…yes.
Wow, Zombie Eaters was on my bucket list for one of the shows I attended to. Would love to see a video of it, though.
I read on Twitter from a guy who asked Patton about a DVD release that he said there will be one coming out with the SF shows, not Chile’s.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5NoZLevk8o some footage of the crowd trouble.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=38wQjrux7AI
I was begging for Zombie Eaters last night- Thank you for being the Real Thing!
I don’t know, tbrandao; they got proshot footage of this show for *something*… but it probably will take awhile to be compiled into a DVD. He probably meant not anytime soon for the Chile footage. I would hope.
But I will definitely pounce on the SF DVD when it’s released. The only FNM performance I saw was the 4/14 show… so lucky to be able to relive it!
About the video “No son pollos, son pechugas”
“Pollos” is the way we chileans refer to Spiting.
And “Pechugas” is chicken breast, but he was just joking…
It was a great concert!
My Legs hurts so badly right now!
Guys, Admin thank you for all . I truly don’t know what to say. Saw them 4 times, I’ll never forget this it was hell of a ride. Take care guys, love you Faith No More and always will.
saw them 3 times in the angeldust era
had to wait till 09 berlin and dublin..was worth the wait..have seen patton a few times
inbetween with fantomas, tomahawk but nothing can compare to FNM..new album..who knows
when we least expect it…..thats the FNM way

12th August 1995
26th October 1997
25th February 2010
I will never forget any of these dates that I saw FNM in Melbourne. Each show fucking amazing.
Thanks for your music Faith No More. It makes me happy.
Myself and Ti Mort went to San Fran for 2 shows in April on the 13th and 14th. I never ever in my wildest dreams ever think I would see get to see FNM. The whole trip was amazing. Went to the golden gate bridge, alcatraz, and even went to a Giants game and fell in love with the team, the stadium, the fans. We cheered them on all year and low behold they won the world series. San francisco has a special place in my heart and I hope to return someday.
Thank you FNM for a wild ride and making my dream come true.
Thank you admin for an outstanding job in keeping us informed of all things Patton and FNM even when you were getting married. Congrats by the way.
Thank you to all that have contributed to this site in any way shape or form.
Thank you Ti Mort you crazy mofo for organizing our trip to San Fran.
FNM FOREVER
Peace
OH SO SO VERY SAD….short and sweet I love you guys…thanks for allowing me a voice on this site (regardless of the haters) and for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful family. SHAWN E. Twas an absolute pleasure my dear friend…an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE…..thanks admin….you have gone above and beyond….I’m so sorry to see it end…IT’S BEEN REAL……….take care of yourselves….
Just a heads up to everyone. ZOMB torrents has a great selection of FNM bootlegs. Lots of great stuff. DVD’s and audio from some great shows. Still looking for the audio for both Hollywood nights and Brooklyn night 1. Hope everyone gets a chance to hear some of this great material. Enjoy…
So sad that it’s over. I never thought I’d get a chance to see them play in the first place, so I’m grateful that the guys got back together at all. Ti Mort, thanks again for hooking up that ticket in San Fran. You truly are a magnificent bastard! Hopefully we get to do it all over again someday. What’s up Shawn? I was the guy drunkenly rambling about how most Americans don’t appreciate the greatness of hockey. Anyways..I love this site and will keep checking it everyday until it’s shutdown. Thanks for everything admin!
@Adam, et al. Darshun commented a few posts ago that he recorded audio of both Hollywood nights: he just posted a link to the 2nd night on his blog: http://darshun.blogspot.com/
I’m listening to it now and the quality is solid!
THANKS, DARSHUN!
Adam – there was a soundboard mp3 of one of the Brooklyn shows floating around out there earlier. It’s the show where they do the Crab Song and Patton does his little Seinfeld bit where he makes fun of hipsters during Easy.
But since you mentioned it, I just did some searching and found this mp3 from one of the Chile 2009 shows –
http://www.filestube.com/cecd4f570a99dbde03e9,g/Faith-No-More-30-Octubre-Radio-Futuro.html
I’m really digging the radio commentators. I don’t remember these guys being on any of the corresponding youtube videos.
I like it because it reminds me of a FNM 1.0 live in Israel mp3 that someone posted ages ago. At first I was really annoyed because the radio DJs were talking all over the show like it was a fucking football game but now I think this is going to be my new hobby – collecting live audio of FNM in foreign countries with running foreign language DJ commentary.
That FNM. They were like the United Nations of rock.
So I was reading through the blog archives; skimming all the entries over the past year and it finally dawned on me just how f*cking clueless I can be! I started here knowing practically nothing about Faith No More and have learned so much from all of you. You’ve all been incredibly tolerant
Likewise I remember looking around at the Warfield show and feeling a bit out of place – lots of tough, hairy scary metalhead types and me looking like I was dressed for a Dixie Chicks reunion. But once the music started I felt right at home…
So that may be the only thread of similarity I have with you all – a fascination for their music – and here it is enough. I am humbled to be able to be comfortably sharing opinions with people who have been following this band for 20+ years. That is what has made this blog so incredible: like the band, it does not have any boundaries.
So cheers to everyone and especially to you, admin, for keeping this blog such a warm and toasty, and keenly interesting, place to come back to every day. I’ll miss it.
Is there any good audio torrents for all three Warfield shows online anywhere? Checked ZOMB, but there was nothing from those shows. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
most of those blog spot downloads don’t really sound good.
Nice thoughts. And the blog will still be here. And there will eventually i.e around New Year be a forum where people can fight with Ti Mort (;
Thanks for the info.
“I can’t say “boring setlist” with such great songs being played. I think what ppl are meaning with “boring setlist” and similar comments is, they (and me too) expected some more “once in a lifetime” songs — something more directed for hardcore fans (and there are tons of those in Chile!). I think that sums it up pretty well. All in all, it’s certainly not a bad setlist and it’s a nice representation of the band’s catalog. But for what could be their last show ever, I was just hoping they’d pull out all the stops. Whether that be Crack Hitler or The Last To Know, or something more obscure like The Jungle, I guess I was just kind of expecting this to be the ultimate FNM concert.
Though on the flipside, I understand that there’s a lot more to it than the band just magically putting together the perfect setlist. As I believe Billy or Roddy have mentioned, if they practice a certain song and it doesn’t work or sound good to them, they won’t do it (though I’d still like to hear it anyway, haha). I guess it’s a testament to us FNM fans that we want to hear EVERYTHING the band has to offer.
One final thing I thought I’d mention, for anyone familiar with the band Coheed And Cambria, they did a series of shows a year or two ago where they played their first four albums in their entirety over four nights (one album per night) in a few select cities. I thought this was pretty awesome and brilliant, as it’s something you really don’t see many bands do. I know it will never happen, but if FNM were to ever do anything like that, it would be incredible.
@ChrisT: Sparks did that a couple of years ago. From Wiki:
“May and June 2008 saw the 21-night “Sparks Spectacular” in London, where they played each of their albums in chronological order during the first twenty nights, and premièred their new album on the twenty-first concert on June 13, 2008.[24] Each night, they performed an album in its entirety followed by a rare track — many of the songs have never been performed live before. The band asked their fans to visit their website and vote for the track that they’d most like to hear the band perform during the second half of the 21st concert after the première of Exotic Creatures Of The Deep, though Russell Mael admitted that he and Ron would probably influence the poll a little.
Fans who bought a “Golden Ticket” (which allowed entry into all 21 gigs) also received a poster signed by the band and a CD single entitled Islington N1, a reference to the postal address of the venue for the first 20 gigs.”
ADMIN…..don’t promote this please…(lol)…I love it…….I don’t take any offence…unless of course it’s Brownstein…..that person man…woah!!!!
@darshun- Thanks for the night 2 LA audio. Can’t wait to hear night 1. Great work and thanks again.
Santiago finale show was yet another amazing performance, although I enjoyed their shows in Melbourne at the Festival Hall back in February a lot more because it was a much smaller venue and I prefered the setlist for those particular shows to what they played in Chile, it was more the emmotional atmosphere that what was sung that made the Santiago show so special. As soon as the guys came onstage wearing the white suits, I was close to tears. I had to get on and take photos, though, as it was only the first two songs we were allowed in the pit for that venue and at all the other FNM shows I’ve worked at, we were allowed first three songs, so it was rather annoying. I went right into the crowd and made the most of it all. It was all over so soon!
According to the Chilean newspaper La Tercera, was filmed over 2 hours of high definition video of the last concert to launch an official DVD, that comes from an official source and reliable. Are being agreed the final details for the release.
Great News!!!!
Saludos desde Chile…
There will be a DVD out, but nobody knows when that will be released yet. I hope it will be soon!

I missed all the shows on this tour, the closest I came was live streaming a couple of the shows (including Coachella) and I was tempted to drive up to Philly and NY from DC but no go when push came to shove. I have two beautiful babies now and as much as I love FNM, I’m not missing time with the little ones to go to a show just yet. I will however, buy every DVD and album they release. Last time I saw them was Melbourne in 1997, still the best concert of my life. I have been lucky enough to see Bungle (twice) Tomahawk (three times), Fantomas (three times), and MelvinsFantomas big band, but nothing quite compares to FNM so I hope they have another go around after a new album.
