@ Ti-Mort – We all know Mike messes with people’s heads and lies in his interviews rather a lot and makes jokes. You can never be sure that whatever Mike says is exactly what Mike thinks, patience is what is important with Patton. He loves to tease (I mean come on, he’s said in recent interviews he’s no longer got a wife, then another time he’s said he’s divorced and now apparently he’s admitted he’s still married, what an odd thing to say! I would be a bit offended if I was the wife!)

Yes, but that’s Mike joking around. He is still officially married, he said so in that video interview with the Milano mayor. I think it must be his style of making his female fans think he’s available or something. The typical teasing Patton style! So wicked, yet pure genius.

Really hoping Mondo Cane makes it Australia (especially Melbourne!). I was at a bucks party last night and it seems the Mondo Cane has spread like wildfire among many fellow 1st and 2nd generation Italians here. Late into the night (when the strippers had gone) with many of us pissed into oblivion and after finding many had discovered MC, we launched into rousing renditions of ‘Il cielo in una stanza’ and ’20km al giorno’ … many of these guys are very straight laced and are mostly FM radio only hounds, so it’s nice to see Patton has finally broken them to an extent.
So lucky. Hardly Strickly bluegrass . Just at the bottom of
the Hill from our house. Last show, following Elvis costello, of 3
day free concert in San francisco. Yes Free. Yes he blew our minds.
Monthes later he still gets us high thinking about it! What a gift
to the city.
