No questions from my end. I just love the fact that they are doing it this way. From the fans, to the fans. The guys continue to be a class act in my eyes.

Since FNM V1 you guys have been working on other projects (Mike B – Ozzy, Roddy – Film stuff & Imperial Teen, Mike P working as a composer, Billy working as a producer). If you were to make another record, how do you think the skills and experience you have picked up over the last 10 years would effect the writing & recording process?
^That, and…. no questions from me. I like the air of mystery
@Billy: The Sequential Art, Black Diamond Brigade… You’ve worked with norwegian filmmakers / artists, and I once heard you’re 1/2 norwegian. Is that true? And when will The Sequential Art be released?
@Mike P: Kaada / Patton. I thought you guys planned to make 3 albums, at least I remember Kaada saying that in interviews when Romances was released. Can we excpect another album?
@Puffy: The exotic dancer Mata Hari was a spy in what war?
(@MOD: I have lots of questions, can I just keep on posting?
Where would your careers have gone if FNM never had success?
Woooohoooo!! It’s really great to know this!! I’m so happy to be part of this project (I’m the creator and responsible of the Faith No More French Community on Facebook) but I have sooooo many questions to ask them that I had no freaking idea of which one I could ask them!!
So it also shows that we (worldwide FNMers) are the best fans of the world of the best band of the universe hahahha keep spreading the word, peeps!!
Greetings
Mata Hari probably never spied anything except the contents of several gentlemen’s underpants.
My question would be: are you going to eat that?
(Really though, no questions. Just…I really enjoyed listening to Angel Dust on my Walkman cassette player as a 13-year old girl. I even filmed myself lip-synching and pantomiming to RV, and I am not afraid to say that it was pretty bad-ass.)
Why the F**k haven’t you played Everythings Ruined on the reunion tour yet!!!???
Haha
1. What could FNM’s fans expect from you once this tour is over?
@Mike: Was the difference in vocal styles from The Real Thing to Angel Dust on purpose or did you just grow out of the high-pitched style?
@Billy: On a scale of 1 to Jessica Biel (10) How much would you say you like using Zon’s?
@Puffy: WHEN you guys play The Warfield again next year are you planning on dropping John’s birthday cake again?
@FNM: Any chance of these tours being released as live DVDs? Maybe another Fat Bastards type deal?
(I’m trying to think of something nobody else will ask)
What is the significance, if any, behind the eight pointed Star of Lakshmi being used as a symbol for the band for the past 25 years? Was it just something that looked cool?
Since Limewire failed, let’s try this a different way: Can you please tell us why Mike Patton is NOT a god?
Hey guys! Being 17, I only discovered FNM last year on youtube (of all places…) watching the appearance at download, I was blown away by the music and energy, like never before…FNM (and many of the band related projects) have really helped me through a year of exams and school! I couldn’t see you in England last year at the festivals, but hopefully one day I will. Do you feel at all your fan base has grown to significantly more people with this comeback? And what’s been the funniest moment of your reunited tour?
Oh, and last question, Mike B, do you ever smash your knuckles on your toms when playing? I tried to play Bordin style, but ended up with blood everywhere!
Thanks for making the best music I’ve ever heard!
i have a couple of east ones:
what show has been the most memorable on the second coming tour?
will there be a blu-ray/cd released of any of the shows?
Nice questions Steve! I would love to hear the answer to those!
Hopefully you could ask this questions to all five members:
1.What are your top 10 favorite albums of all time?
2.What albums inspired you to start playing music?
3.What’s your favorite album by another member of the band?
Right it’s Faith No More so chances are the “normal” questions won’t get answered so heres my suggestion ( hey it might have a chance of being answered ), To all band members which is yur favourite sexual position?
i like your last question 3d.. my questions are:
1. If you could sum up every member in the band individually in one word, what would it be?
2. Which of you now use reading glasses and or moth balls?
3. Though you guys would never admit to it, you’ve undoubtedly changed an aspect of ‘alternative rock’ or whatever you’d like to call it. You’ve also opened peoples ears to explore all different types of music with the different styles you’ve explored and people you’ve worked with. When all’s said and done, what would you guys like to take away from this Faith No More experience you’ve shared and enjoyed with all of us?
what are the chances of a red hot chilli peppers – FNM co headline tour?
‘What-if…
Can the musicians of Faith No More still write songs together and communicate on that level? Do you guys realize what a coup it will be to your devotees if you finish the band on a creative note like making your band’s best and understandably final record instead of ending it all on the massively appreciated yet insufficiently final, cash-grabbing Second Coming Tour? I mean, after the release of such a record, couldn’t you guys just decide to play sparse dates (like TV shows and other high-profile venues) and forego your typical extensive touring if the desire/time/energy to gig every-other-night is not there? Come on, don’t be pussies. If the new songs are going nowhere and just suck, then scrap the whole thing! Why not at least try it after all of this spilt sweat and spit on the road together?’
1. Did anyone die in the airport mugging in Chile?
2. Any interest in a Faith No More Rock Band or Guitar Hero? Rock Band has keyboards now! Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is what introduced me to FNM.
3. Any plans for another Chat Roulette concert?
4. Any Canadian dates?
Brownies: Edge or inside piece? (Yes, this is a very relevant question.)
Here’s my questions:
a. It seems for now, the interest and desire to have Faith No More keep touring is strong. Let’s say that this continues for years to come, what becomes of the band? Do you simply continue to tour to meet the fan’s demands? When will you guys get to a point when you cut it off?
b. Why don’t you just come to Sydney and become the house band for 6 months at the Horden?
oh yeah! don’t forget to ask mike p. what kind of hair gel he uses! /s
I might have more for you later, but off the top of my head -
1) Have you ever thought about opening up your set with Another Body Murdered? That would really throw people for a loop. All you need is another rapper to fill in for the Boo Ya Tribe vocals. Mike Patton is a white rapper, he knows lots of other rappers, I’m sure it wouldn’t be that difficult to find a stand-in.
2) If you had to do another Judgment Night type of duet what artists would you each like to work with?
3) You guys used to have a tradition of doing New Years Eve shows in SF. Do you have any plans to start that tradition up again?
@Mike P.:
Speaking of the origin, is that true that you’ve got Chinese relatives, or is it just a rumour?
@Puffy: What are your daughters’ names?
@Billy: Do you and Espen of The Sequential Art plan any realease of your soundtrack? Or will we hear it just in the film when it comes out?
Cheers for all the great questions so far and keep them coming. Just a caveat I should have mentioned at the outset: apparently questions should be addressed to the band as a whole and not individual members. Thanks.
Das Schutzenfest? whos idea was that? Loved it by the way! What was the song about in english?
Any chance of us hearing the unfinished songs from “Angel Dust” that now reside in Puffy’s basement?
Any link to the French chapter of the Faith No More fan community? I better write my questions in french…
You are known for not being afraid to do cover songs that contrast greatly to your own origional compositions. If you could have any one of your own songs covered by an artist/band of your choice, which track would it be and how would you like to hear it done?
Hmmm questions should be adressed to the band as a whole.. my question @Puffy was the one he answeared incorrectly at “Who wants to be a millionaire ” in 2001
- What’s the story behind the song Mark Bowen?
- Did you record anything with Courtney Love?
- The day after your last show, would you please concider to sack Puffy via e-mail?
- Was Jim Martin into pumpkin farming when he was in the band?
Pretty straight forward….but….I would love to know more about the break up?
Which album of yours would you consider as your best work?
Any strange, weird moments of the reunion/tour?
Hey! I met you on the plane form Chile to Argentina, I’d love to know which country in the tour has the best food.
I have an idea: make a new album and tour with reunited Primus!
Thanks for all the best music I’ve listened in my life.
Adriano
Here goes
French Facebook
Questions:
1. How did Jon Hudson become the model for the hit video game, Hitman?
2. When Jim Martin turned into a pumpkin, how did the band react?
3. Has anyone in the band read the amazing cookbook called “Natural Harvest: A Collection of Semen Based Recipes”? It’s a lot like the movie, “Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Saphire”.
Do you have any unrelased music we haven’t heared yet?
Will you release any live cd/dvd from the Second Coming Tour?
Question:
Has the turnout for the Second Coming tour showed FNM exactly how influential their music has been to so many people, even years later? Traveling to San Fran to see FNM was a dream come true. I was and still am blown away by the music of FNM that was way before its time. Thanks for the music!
Is there a plan to release a DVD for the tour? In San Fran a group of us were interviewed pre and post show – do not really care about that – I want to relive those few days over and over again!
It`s possible to come back again to Chile with Chuck Mosley ???….i´m a big fan of him !!!!
Any chance of an official Faith No More live DVD release (region 2!) from either the re-union tour or pre 1998? I have so many proshot snippets of various live appearances from over the years.
A full pro shot show from say Rock Am Ring 1993 would be amazing, partly because this footage got me into FNM all those years ago!
What’s the one song/or songs that you guys discussed revisiting , for the reunion that didn’t workout…..and why?
1. @ all: question about unreleased material
2. @ Billy: where can i get vision street wear pants and jesus rocks t-shirt?
3. @ all: why dont FNM ever play “Everything’s Ruined”?
4. @ all: why dont FNM change the set list?
Hello Mike Patton,Roddy, bill,John and Mike B.
How do you see today’s music industry ,is it different from when you first started as a band?Is it easy for a new good band to build a career these days? (as we see many bands copying other successful bands in order to survive in this musical “jungle”)And what bands do you like most these days?
Also what would be your dream concert and where? And if there was a dream band how would you describe it(except fnm and your own bands of course mr patton)
Thank You keep rockin!
You’re all going to hell and your punishment is to have one Faith No More song play for the rest of your afterlife. What would it be?
1. Is there any chance we’ll get another compilation of b-sides, unreleased tracks, demos, and/or various live tracks?
2. What would you say are the band’s top three least favourite songs to play live?
3. How do you feel about people still listening to your music today as much as they did, let’s say, fifteen years ago?
4. And finally, do you ever feel pissed about how popular Epic got compared to your other work?
Which one of you is the “Santa Claus” or “Father Christmas” of the group?
Everyone knows “Crack Hitler” is about the effect of male prostitution on literacy in malnourished children, but what’s “Midnight Cowboy” about?
and lastly
If Mike doesn’t stop stealing my song ideas I’m gonna go Nathan Gale on his ass. This is not a question, this is his last warning.
Oh, actually, who would you get to replace Mike if… someone… were to shoot him?
Of all of the songs Faith No More has recorded/performed live, which is Mike Patton’s favorite to perform live?
Whose idea was it to have different artists for the posters for each different show and what did you think of the finished results.
