Various Austrian sites have announced that Faith No More will play the Forestglade festival in Wiesen in Austria on 17 July. Leading newspaper Kurier and a host of ticket sites report that FNM will join Die Fantastischen Vier and The Cranberries on the bill. Gossip, New Model Army and veteran Irish rockers Therapy? are also down to play.
Tickets are already on sale for the event and given that Faith No More are playing at the Gurtenfestial on Friday 16 July we can assume they will be on stage in Austria on Saturday.

Awesome. I was last summer at their concert in Poland & Czech Republic but I still dreamed of one more & and here it is! hello Austria:)
Does anyone know what airport that is closest to in Austria and whether it’s easy to get to by train?
I love Austria and Switzerland and I went to go badly!

@ Sophie, it seems Vienna is the closest, there are 2 trains and a shuttle to the festival, as for Switzerland, Zurich is the closest, approx 80 min drive to Berne then more shuttles to the festival site. GO GO GO!

Is the show in Austria already officially confirmed? I want to buy a ticket but I can’t find exact date….
Not my the band but three ticket sites have their name down and the leading Austrian papers and the admittedly budget official site so I’m sure its on Saturday 17 July.
