@Buono – i was at that show. after the mid 90′s no one ever believed that voivod of all bands was the headliner. soundgarden played ‘earache my eye’ live too. (in the same vibe, there was a similar tour/show at roseland a year or so later: “gish” era smashing pumpkins opening for “ten” era pearl jam, with “blood sugar sex magic” era red hot chili peppers as the headliners.)

Setlist is awesome, id be happy if they played the exact same one in Brooklyn. Just a man is icing on the cake for me and I’ve seen them quite a few times. Once opening for Soundgarden and voivod at l’amour in Brooklyn and yes they blew them both away. Easily.

I saw the Xchurch vids this afternoon with some kinda late but guess what it was great !!! I’m so fuckin jealous of the Zealanders and hope the Aussie gigs will be as awesome as expected !! I know some buds who will go to see them in Sydney, Melbs and Brisbane !!

My friend said the AKL show was awesome – she even got me the Happy Birthday Fucker shirt. She’s sending me her videos and pics tonight, I’ll try and link to them if they are any good. Friends of hers caught Puffy’s signed drumsticks, lucky bitches.

Shawn – thanks. I was aiming for amusement, but hilarity is even better. Mini Patton made another appearance on the blog today, along with Quatchi the Sasquatch.
